Exactly Who You Are and How You Are is Perfect

For so long I thought there was something wrong with me. I thought I was too different to ever be able to fit in in this world. My highly sensitive personality and introverted nature got mixed up with social anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder. It’s easy to think mental illness is your fault. I certainly did for a long time. But now I know that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with being a HSP or an introvert and needing plenty of time to recharge from the overstimulating world. Likewise, whatever it is that makes you “you”, that’s perfect. It’s you. It’s real. Embrace it!
