Forgiveness is so, so hard. Especially when the person you’re trying to forgive is yourself. But it’s time to give yourself a break and understand that you did the best that you could knowing what you did at the time. And now that you know better, you can do better. And even when you know better, sometimes you don’t do better and that’s okay too. The journey continues..
