It’s Okay to Be a Quitter

Sometimes we push ourselves to keep at certain things just because we don’t want to be seen as “quitters”. But guess what, that’s not a good enough reason to stick with something that makes us unhappy or is physically or psychologically damaging.

Become a quitter today! Think of at least one thing you’re ready to quit. Maybe it’s weighing yourself, apologizing for everything you do, going to a gym you don’t like, drinking tea when you really just want coffee, etc. Big or small, it doesn’t matter right now! It just matters that you’re starting to take care of yourself and quitting all the things that are dragging you down.
