Mix it Up

Mix up the scenery

The most obvious way to mix up your scenery includes going somewhere new. Take a vacation. Explore. Relocate. Change jobs. Totally change everything.

If that’s not in the near future or doesn’t sound appealing, explore new areas around you. Take a new route home from work. Explore a new shop. Try a different restaurant.

If that is still too much, mix it up in your home or in your office. Add a plant or a poster. Notice things in your every day life you never paid much attention to. Mix it on up any way you can think of.

Benefits can include increased creativity, less of the “stuck” feeling, and increased mood and motivation.
