Did you just finish a meal full of lean protein, whole grains and vegetables? Did you finish everything on your plate? Something that should, in theory, make you full?
But what happens if you’re still hungry? How can that even be? Maybe you just need to wait the 20 minutes for your brain to recognize your body’s signals that your full. Okay, well you waited and you’re still hungry. Or maybe you know you’re not physically hungry, but you’re emotionally hungry. Or maybe that cake just looks too good to pass up.
It’s okay to eat. It’s okay to keep eating even when you should be full. Even when you’re not sure if you’re hungry, but you want to keep eating. It’s okay.
