If so I’d still be 6 lbs 9 oz.

But for real, get the weight you were in high school or before kids or before major life changes out of your head. We’re meant to grow and change as we go through the seasons of our lives. It may require you to grieve the loss of your former body or your former weight, and that’s okay.
