Even if you didn’t exercise today (or even move much at all).
Even if you ate a lot yesterday.
Even if you’re going to eat a lot tomorrow.
Even if you were “going to be good” today or it’s not a “cheat day”.
Even if you’re feeling crappy about your body today.
Even if someone asked you “are you sure you want to eat that?” (Also, eff that person!)
Even if the number on the scale has gone up.
You still deserve to eat today and you don’t have to earn the foods you enjoy and that make you feel good. You still deserve to eat today no matter what!
