Yes, You Can Keep the Chocolates in the House

Happy Valentine’s Day! 💕
I hear from people a lot that they don’t want chocolate on Valentine’s day even if they love chocolate because they don’t feel they’re capable of keeping a box of chocolate in the house without bingeing on it.
This may be true for people still early on on their food peace or recovery journey.
But if you’ve been doing this work for awhile try how it feels today to accept a box of chocolates from a partner or a friend or from yourself and know that you can have some today and more the rest of the week.
You can get to a place where you can keep chocolates and your other favorite foods in the house and not obsess over them! Does that sound impossible? Maybe it’s time to do some work on your relationship with food. Send me a message and let’s see how you can start the process!
