Friendly reminder that bloating is normal! We all get it and it doesn’t mean you have to start eliminating foods from the diet.
Some tips for reducing bloating:
– avoid gassy foods
– avoid sucking through straws
– avoid carbonated beverages
– avoid chewing gum and sucking candies
– avoid eating too fast
– avoid sugar alcohols
Of course, if it’s worse than usual or very painful, see a doctor. But don’t jump to eliminating foods because for most people that’s not necessary and anxiety about eating is going to cause more digestive woes.
