Someone Else’s Portion Sizes on Instagram May Not Reflect How Much Your Body Needs

Aka dear nutrition/health/wellness/fitness professionals on Instagram,
Stop posting toddler size portions of your meals and pretending that’s what a grown adult can survive off of. Of course some days we eat less. But not every single meal!
And people of Instagram,
know that what other people are eating or posting pictures of does not have to be what you eat too. You choose your own portion sizes based on how hungry you are, how much energy you need, and how good the food tastes and makes you feel.
