With the mindset that you’re addicted to sugar, you’ll likely repeat the cycle of restrict, binge, repent, and repeat over and over.
It is 100% okay to want to change your body. It is 100% okay if you do end up changing your body.
But, you 100% do not need to change your body to prove your worth as a human, as a parent, as a child, as a friend, as a partner, as a professional, as a student.
If this is the only life I have to live and this is the only body I’ll ever have, I don’t want to spend another second at war with my body.
Happy 2020! We made it! That’s certainly something to celebrate.
