It’s so common to call eating foods like pizza “cheating”. Cheating on what? What if you just called eating foods like pizza enjoying yourself and enjoying the food. What if eating was just eating and not cheating?
Friendly reminder that you can actually live the rest of your life without knowing what you weigh (and I promise you’ll be so much happier).
You can keep snacks in the house.
In fact, if you want to eliminate binging, you SHOULD keep snacks in the house. You should keep all your favorite snacks in the house.
You can wear shorts, you can wear bathing suits, you can wear tank tops. You can wear ANYTHING you want to regardless of body size, shape, scars, veins, tattoos, hair, bumps, stretch marks, etc.
When we stop labeling food “good” or “bad” then we can stop labeling ourselves as such based on the foods we eat.
Cut the food guilt and there’s a whole lot of time right there for just about anything else!
