The bread basket is a source of stress for many people. Some people feel out of control when there’s a basket of bread in front of them while they’re hungry for a meal. A quick weekend reminder that eating food is not cheating. Cheat days and cheat meals don’t have to be a thing anymore when all foods are legalized and when you’re no longer dieting.
No one diets for no reason. We do not wake up one day and decide to starve ourselves or restrict foods we normally enjoy. We diet for many different reasons.
