New and Extended Hours and New Location!
I am so excited to announce that I now offer morning, daytime, evening, and select Saturday hours in my new office for nutrition counseling. I have moved to a space in Centerport, New York (just 10 minutes East of the old office in Huntington Village). I also continue to provide virtual coaching sessions for your convenience, when appropriate.

It’s so common to call eating foods like pizza “cheating”. Cheating on what? What if you just called eating foods like pizza enjoying yourself and enjoying the food. What if eating was just eating and not cheating?

You Can Keep Snacks in the House
You can keep snacks in the house.
In fact, if you want to eliminate binging, you SHOULD keep snacks in the house. You should keep all your favorite snacks in the house.

When we stop labeling food “good” or “bad” then we can stop labeling ourselves as such based on the foods we eat.
