Happy 2020! We made it! That’s certainly something to celebrate.
Friendly reminder that today does not need to be the start of your new diet or “lifestyle”. You do not need to change yourself just because of the date on the calendar. You do not need to “make up” for holiday eating. You do not need to do a detox or a juice cleanse.
And if you do start a new diet in the new year, it is not your fault if it doesn’t work out the way you wanted it to. You did not fail at the diet; diet culture failed you.
