If You’re Mentally Planning Your Evening Snack While Eating Dinner, it Might Mean You’re Not Satisfied

if youre planning what youre going to be eating later you may not be satisfied
Have you ever been planning out your next meal while you’re in the middle of a current one?
Have you ever had judgments about that? “Why am I always thinking about food?” “Am I addicted to food?” “Is there something wrong with me?”
Do you tend to plan for your next meal while you’re eating something truly satisfying or is it more with the meh meals? Do you tend to plan your next meal if you’ve eaten to a comfortable level of fullness or when you’re still hungry when finished eating?
Instead of bringing judgment into it, invite in curiosity to explore what’s going on for you and use that knowledge to change things up at the next meal so you can feel more satisfaction with food. Feel free to let me know how it goes!
