Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Christina Frangione, a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor practicing in Centerport, New York on Long Island working with individuals with disordered eating and eating disorders who are looking to break free from patterns of dieting and disordered eating and discover freedom with food and their bodies so that they can fully show up for what matters most in their lives.
