Nutrition support without more rules.
Eating disorder recovery isn’t about finding the perfect way to eat. It’s about building a relationship with food that gives you more freedom, flexibility, and trust in yourself and your body.
Getting started begins with scheduling an initial assessment with Christina where we’ll explore your relationship with food, your eating patterns, nutrition history, health, and what you’re hoping to change.
From there, we’ll identify practical goals that support both your nutritional needs and your recovery while taking into account your individual lived experiences.
Ultimately, we’ll help reduce food related fear and rigidity and help you feel more confident navigating nourishing yourself and managing your health and well being.

Our Nutrition Philosophy
Hi, I’m Christina Frangione and I’m an eating disorder registered dietitian who takes an anti-diet, fat positive, Health at Every Size (HAES®) approach to treating all of my clients.
These are not just buzzwords; I am committed to providing trauma informed nutrition care that focuses on Intuitive Eating and health enhancing behaviors rather than just weight, which in my many years of experience is the most beneficial for my clients and leads to better health outcomes.
