Wherever you are on your self acceptance/love/respect journey, you can still start by taking care of yourself today.

Some basic self care ideas for today:

– Get some sunshine

– Move in ways that feel good

– Drink enough water

– Nourish your body with foods you enjoy

– Connect with loved ones

– Get enough sleep

– Say “no” to the things you cannot handle right now
