Think of all the time you spend worrying about what you’ve eaten, what you will eat, or what you can’t eat. Think of all the time you spend worrying about the size and shape of your body.
Now think about something you want to do but don’t feel you have time for.
Cut the food guilt and there’s a whole lot of time right there for just about anything else!
