Cake is not bad and Neither are you for Eating it

When we stop labeling food “good” or “bad” then we can stop labeling ourselves as such based on the foods we eat.

Imagine eating a slice of cake and moving on instead of spending the rest of the day thinking about how bad you were and how you have to make up for it later. It’s possible!
