Friendly reminder that you can actually live the rest of your life without knowing what you weigh (and I promise you’ll be so much happier). You can also find out your weight one day randomly and not have it bother you because you know your weight has nothing to do with your worth.
Step 1 towards this amazing freedom: get rid of your scale! Throw it out, smash it, give it to a friend, give it to a therapist or dietitian (we love that).
