Know that what other people are eating or posting pictures of does not have to be what you eat too. You choose your own portion sizes based on how hungry you are, how much energy you need, and how good the food tastes and makes you feel.
Sometimes the good can be hard to find amongst all the hatred, evil, corruption, violence, and destruction in the world. But it’s still out there. Don’t lose hope. Strive to find the good and create more of it.
