Breathe through the hurt, the stress, the anxiety, and the pain. Breathe through the joy, the pride, the ease, and the peace. Your breath will see you through.
There’s more than enough negativity in the world. Don’t even bother breathing it in today.
How will I use my time? I hope to use it helping others in the ways that I know how through compassion, empathy, and kindness. I’m grateful my profession allows me to help others each and every day (even if right now it’s in ways I don’t love).
