If You Want to Prevent a Candy Binge on Halloween, Try Having Candy Every Day This Week

if you want to prevent a binge on halloween candy

Halloween can be scary for some people (witches, ghosts, and vampires aside). So many of my clients struggle with bingeing on candy this time of the year. Can you relate?

Something that has worked for many of my clients is to legalize candy and allow it in the house in the days, weeks, and even months leading up to Halloween. By allowing yourself free access to the candy that you enjoy, it can help prevent a need to binge on Halloween night or the days following. Because the scariest thing on Halloween shouldn’t be the candy!
