It’s Monday which means you might be thinking about starting something new like a new fitness routine. Maybe you were inspired by other peoples’ 5K or marathon pictures from the weekend. You may reason that running is just what people do to get and stay in shape. Or that it’s the activity you should choose if you’re just starting to exercise before you get on to the other activities you want to try. One simple trigger has the potential to ruin your whole day if you let it.
